After purchasing the filter element, it should be placed correctly according to the operating instructions on the packaging box. Hydraulic oil filter element is one of the most common accessories in hydraulic systems, but many friends do not know the points to pay attention to when using hydraulic filter element. 1. Before replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, the original hydraulic oil in the box should be drained first. It is necessary to carefully inspect the return oil filter element, suction filter element, and pilot filter element to see if there are any impurities such as iron filings and copper filings. The location of the hydraulic oil filter element may have a hydraulic component malfunction issue, and the system should be cleaned after maintenance and disassembly.

2. When it is necessary to replace hydraulic oil, please remember to replace all hydraulic oil filters (return oil filter, suction filter, pilot filter) at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing, and there is no difference.

3. Clearly label the hydraulic oil filter element. Different grades of hydraulic oil should not be mixed, as this may cause the hydraulic oil filter element to react and deteriorate, leading to the formation of flocculent substances.

4. Before refueling, the hydraulic oil filter element (suction filter element) must be installed first. If impurities enter, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump. If it is heavy, it will hit the pump.

5. After adding oil, please pay attention to the exhaust of the main pump, otherwise the whole vehicle may not work temporarily, the main pump may make abnormal noise (air explosion), and in severe cases, the hydraulic oil pump may be damaged by air pockets. The method of exhaust is to directly loosen the pipe joint at the top of the main pump and fill it directly.

6. Regularly conduct oil testing. Hydraulic filter element is a consumable and needs to be replaced immediately after blockage.

7. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the system fuel tank and pipelines. When refueling, the refueling device should be passed through together with the filter.

8. Do not allow the oil in the fuel tank to come into direct contact with the air, and do not mix old and new engine oils, as this can help extend the service life of the filter element.

Regular cleaning is an essential step in maintaining the hydraulic oil filter element. And long-term use will reduce the cleanliness of the filter paper. It is necessary to regularly replace the filter paper according to the situation to achieve better filtration effect.
